hello rebuilttrannyrecords.com , thank you posting this about the Japanese lady and man and stuff. I first heard this story through a film that is loosely based on the events of them folks. it is called, in the realm of the senses, http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0074102/. but before seeing the film i read the essay about it which i found in the critiron collection, http://www.criterion.com/current/posts/1108-in-the-realm-of-the-senses-some-notes-on-oshima-and-pornography. it is a interesting read. i then saw the film and i must say that it is very captivating and heart strings. i thought i'd bring it up to attention to you. the film was first released or completed in 1976 since then it was banned in Japan and had to find its way to international acclaim, etc, etc.

Oh, but it's damn refreshing to find someone else who can appreciate this record for what it simply MUST BE--either a colossal prank or the Plan Nine From Outer Space of vinyl LPs. I treasure this steaming pile and am grateful to own a copy, which I take out from time to time to remind myself of that old adage about there being one born every minute.

I love the tension that the web creates with every search for information. You can begin with the most innocent of places
and you never know when something will grab you by the ankles and pull you into a deepening tunnel of odd and obscene. Most time nothing happens. But then you make the mistake of typing INXS or kitty pumpkin. The journey almost always passes through Japan. They truly are inscrutable.

The new "Watch where you point that thing" is "I don't know the answer but for god's sake, don't type that into Google!"

I appreciate all the hard work - listening to all this music is the next best thing to a big score at the local thrift store! I think Marvin Gaye's "Here, My Dear" is corrupt as well. I hope this isn't too much trouble - I'd be just as happy with a re-up of the old mp3s as with a re-rip. Thanks again!
